Andrea Franceschetti, General Manager
Nationality Italian. He has studied Letters and Philosophy at the University of Rome. His professional experience includes three years as Coordinator Audiovisual of the Ong. (Non Government Organ) "Noi per Loro" in Rome, three years as Artistic Manager and Coordinator of the Mayor’s Bureau of Giardini Naxos (ME), two years as R&D, Overseas Dept. of the CCC Group of Yiwu, Zhejiang. In 2005 it begins to work with ContestaRockHair Group as a partner and coordinator being made the first market researches, in 2008 after a short period of collaboration with an important salon in Shanghai and the constant collaborations with Matrix- L'Oreal’s Group for hair cut training and  shows, opens with the ContestaRockHair Group the first  salon in Shanghai continuing the collaborations of hair cut training and seminary with the L'Oreal group in various China cities .
 

Emanuele Santopaolo
In the past 15years, is been around the world collection experience from London to New York Emanuele has held different roles, starting as colouring specialized, cutting hair in the Contestarockhair salon in Rome, Florence and Miami (Florida, U.S.A.),  after this experience as a partner he become Art Director and consultant in the Contestarockhair Image Department for following Italian fashion brands in show, photo shooting fashion show and join L’oreal group teaching ContestaRockHair philosophy and technique of cutting colouring and styling’’ 
At the moment live in Shanghai to follow up ContestaRockHair development in China.

1979.11-1984.5: Working for American cosmetics company “Max Factor” as the first male beauty art direction (M.M.A)
1984.6 -1984.12   Learning an advance Cosmetic course at Beauty & Cosmetic BES Paris Academy in French
1985.1 - 1999.7:  Working for France Saint Laurent (YSL) cosmetics as an art director in Taiwan area. It is the only spokesmen for the Asian professional make-up by Y.S.l
2001.2-2006-6:  Working for Sofnon Cosmetics as an Art & Marketing Director in China region.
2003:  As a make-up Director for singer Coco Li at xin-tian-di in Shanghai.
2001-2005:  Published a new color of the spring, summer, autumn and winter for Always Black and Sofnon brand in China ( Taiwan’ singer Jolin cai as Image Representative)
2006.11- Present： Working for a professional slimming center as a vice president & marketing director.
2008.12:  Working for Contesta Creation Academy & Fashion Centre as a Marketing director , Responsible for the activities of planning, public relations, marketing, brand promotions.
